Who we are

Global Lex Consulting is a law firm based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We help foreign investors, entrepreneurs and individuals enter and settle into the Bulgarian market — with clear solutions and full legal support at every step.

Over more than three years of work we have completed more than 100 immigration procedures on every legal ground provided under Bulgarian and European law, and incorporated over 50 companies for foreign clients, including support with remote bank account opening. We also have experience in proceedings for acquiring Bulgarian citizenship, including by naturalisation.

Our strengths go beyond immigration and business — the firm also assists with real estate acquisition, provides litigation and representation before every court instance, and advises across a broad range of areas of law.
